The store is excellent: good selection, friendly staff. If I need something immediately or need to try it on, I always buy it here. Of course, if you want a reasonable price, the only option is to order from abroad; there are no other options. Although, sometimes there are discounts and promotions.

I can't even remember the last time I experienced such excellent service... I bought my first pair of shoes at Fab Store about seven years ago, and even then I was amazed at how attentive and friendly the salespeople were. Things are even better now, keep it up! If everyone had such service and selection, shopping would be a hundred times more enjoyable. :) P.S. The coffee shop in the store is also excellent; be sure to use the coupon for a free coffee you get with your purchase.

I wanted to buy some shoes and decided to stop by this store after finding it online. I read the reviews and honestly didn't expect such attention to the customer and such a cool atmosphere. The whole place really exudes underground vibes (great sound boxes, a stylish interior, comfortable sofas, and the skeleton mannequins were especially popular). Regarding their customer service: they greet you at the entrance, offer you candy, tell you everything and show you around, don't hover over you asking questions, but at the same time, they're very attentive. I'm not picky about service—it's a job, after all, and it can get annoying sometimes, which affects the service—but here, it's clear they enjoy their work, and that's great. When you buy something, they give you (well, they gave me one, I don't know what the future holds) a coupon for a free coffee (they have their own coffee shop), which is a nice touch, and they even threw some candy in the box. Small things, but nice. They also have a ton of discounts: a bonus program, birthday points, and other special offers. If anyone on staff is reading this, a special thanks to Kirill, the salesperson—he's a great guy (he's in the Vans department, by the way)—and Daria, the barista at the coffee shop—she's bright and sociable, and it was fun to talk to her. I think I'll be back again! I didn't wait until I got home to write a review—I wrote it on the way, I really liked everything!

My favorite store, where I've been buying authentic Converse for a while now. These sneakers are indestructible; I've been wearing them constantly for years, and they're in perfect condition. The store itself is very nice, it's a pleasure to be there, and the salespeople are all lovely. I always leave in a great mood.
